This is a great position and explanation of the biggest challenge that is really out there for Smart Cities. The combination of infrastructure and human thinking is what has the potential to turn smart cities into great cities of the future.
I believe this is the same challenge that is facing all of us in business today, we have so much infrastructure at our fingers and so much exciting technology coming at us every day.
At Rush we have a saying and its 'Forget the tech', we don't worry about what the tech is behind a great solution or product, we focus our energy on finding the human 'Why' and thinking first and let the technology just be the vehicle.
Lets hope that our political leaders of the future can see sense in this and we can all start living in not just connected cities but great cities
