Chat bots and conversational interfaces pose a new set of challenges when it comes to designing user experiences: how do you get the user to engage in conversation and how to you keep them talking? or in this case, how do you get a trash talker to use a bot to help them rub salt in their friends' wounds?
But it would be interesting to see if this takes off with the average sports fan, because despite the new set UX challenges, there's also exciting potential as a way to engage with users while they engage with their friends.
